Forums migrated from SMF to PHPBB3

Postby Muhammad Shoaib » Sun Jun 07, 2009 11:14 am

Recently we have been facing issues with SMF specially after upgrades. Every time we would have to remove all mods and re-install them to make it work. so we decided that may be we should get back to PHPBB but version 3 this. I tried it on my local machine and it was great. So we did a conversion from smf to phpbb today. We are still in the process of finalizing a template for the forums as well as install mods. Please hang around and report any issues that you come across.

Btw, you can also suggest templates if you know of a great phpBB3 style in the reply to this post.

PS:
We are still working on forums as mentioned before, so please wait till it gets stable. Also if you see some issues, take a cup of coffee and they might be gone before you finish the cup, else report in the respective section on forums.
